Job Responsibilities
Create Cost Plus/Milestone/T&M/Fixed Price billings
Submit invoices to customers via email, WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) or any other customer portal
Participate in new project set up meetings to ensure project setup optimizes accounting software capabilities for project revenue and billing
Maintain/Analyze unbilled receivables and revenue
Research and correct any billing issues with their project invoices
Prepare contract closeout and final invoice, verify and confirm any de-obligation requests
Prepare monthly Project Status Report from Costpoint to the Project Managers and Senior Service Delivery VP’s
Review contracts and extract financial and billing information
Review detailed costs to ensure accuracy in coding
Develop and monitor project forecast
Support PM and Service Delivery VPs
Prepare and review contract funding modifications
Requirements:
3 + years experience in the government contracting industry
Must have Costpoint experience with emphasis in Project and Billing modules or a similar application
Must have CPFF, FFP and T&M invoice experience
Experience billing and tracking funding against multiple CLIN/SLIN/ACRN's
Advanced experience with MS Excel
Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, communication and organizing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
